Dr. Navdeep Kumar Singla is a highly skilled GI Surgeon and Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon with over 7.5 years of post-PG experience in performing a wide spectrum of surgical procedures, both open and minimally invasive. He is currently serving as a Consultant GI Surgeon & Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon at MY Hospital (Indus Hospitals), Mohali, where he is known for his patient-centric care, meticulous surgical approach, and commitment to achieving optimal clinical outcomes.

Dr. Singla completed his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from GMC & Rajindra Hospital, Patiala. He further strengthened his expertise through a Fellowship in Gastrointestinal Surgery at Kaizen Hospital, Gujarat, where he trained under distinguished surgeons Dr. Hari Bhakti and Dr. K.S. Patel. He also holds a Fellowship in Minimal Invasive Colorectal Surgery from Daegu, South Korea, adding international exposure and advanced skill sets to his clinical practice. Additionally, he is certified with FMAS and FIAGES, reflecting his dedication to continuous learning in minimally invasive techniques.

Over the years, Dr. Singla has worked across leading medical institutions, gaining extensive experience in managing complex GI and general surgical conditions. His surgical proficiency covers a wide range of procedures including laparoscopic cholecystectomy, appendectomy, fundoplication, colorectal cancer surgeries, hernia repairs (TAPP, eTEP, TAR, IPOM), abdominal wall reconstruction, perianal surgeries, hiatal hernia repair, gastrectomy, and pancreatic and biliary surgeries. He is also adept at handling emergency surgeries for trauma, perforation peritonitis, acute obstruction, and gastrointestinal perforations.
