Dr Aditya Banta is working as consultant in Department of Neurosciences at Indus Institute of Neuro Sciences. He is the first and only certified dedicated spine surgeon from National Board of spine surgery. He is exclusively performing the surgeries from last 14 years.He has done additional 2 year course of spine surgery from Park Institute of Neurosciences, Kolkata.He has used his expertise due to which spine surgeries are now safer and less risky. He did his MBBS and MS (Orthopedics) from B J Medical college, Civil Hospital Ahmedabad, Gujarat, followed by DNB Orthopedics from National Board Of Examination, Delhi. And finally exclusive FNB Spine from reputed Park Institute of Neurosciences, Kolkata. “He is the first person in North India and second person allover India who has won this prestigious award (VTI Gold Medal by the Association of Spine Surgeons of Indian 2019 and 2024) twice since it started 40 years back.
