1. Breast

a. Breast Augmentation (Augmentation Mammoplasty)
Technically known as augmentation mammoplasty, it is a surgical procedure to enhance the size and shape of a woman's breast. Breast implants come in two types, silicone and saline. Our goal is to create enhanced and naturally appearing breasts. The incision can be made either in the crease where the breast meets the chest, around the areola (the dark skin surrounding the nipple), in the armpit or umbilicus. The implants can be placed beneath the chest wall muscle or directly behind breast tissue. If your breasts are sagging, your doctor may also recommend a breast lift

b. Breast Reduction/ Reduction Mammoplasty
Large breasts may be a cause for physical and mental discomfort. The size and weight of large breasts can result in pain in the back and neck, indentations from bra straps, skin rashes, improper posture breathing problems and skeletal deformities. Breast reduction surgery is usually done to provide physical relief from these symptoms. The procedure does leave noticeable, permanent scars, although they'll be covered by your bra or bathing suit. The goal is to give the woman smaller, better-shaped breasts in proportion with the rest of her body Women undergoing breast reduction probably represent the happiest group of patients.

c. Breast Lift (Mastopexy)
Over the years, factors such as pregnancy, nursing, and the force of gravity take their toll on a woman's breasts. A breast lift (Mastopexy) is a procedure that lifts the breast, the nipple, and tightens the skin of the breast. During your consultation, you will be asked whether you like the volume of your breasts when you are wearing a bra. If the answer is “yes”, then a breast lift (mastopexy) alone would be indicated. If you find the volume of you breasts (with a bra on) smaller than desired, then a breast augmentation with a breast lift (mastopexy) would be indicated.

d. Breast Reconstruction

Imagine the mental state of a female who has been diagnosed with “breast cancer”. The fear of breast removal along with the thought of living with the deformity can send shivers down the spine. New medical techniques have made it possible for plastic surgeons to create a new breast. It can be done simultaneously with breast removal (Mastectomy) or done at a later stage. It is a multistaged procedure. Various options available are:

using your own tissues
Abdomen: TRAM
Back: Lattissimus dorsi
Using implants

e. Male Breast Reduction (Gynecomastia)
Gynecomastia literally means “women-like breasts”. It affects an estimated 40 to 60 percent of men. It may affect only one breast or both. The procedure removes fat and/or glandular tissue from the breasts, and in extreme cases removes excess skin, resulting in a contoured chest that is flatter and firmer. If your gynecomastia consists primarily of excessive fatty tissue, only liposuction will be done to remove the excess fat. If there is excess glandular tissue, it may need to be removed along with liposuction.

f. Correction of Inverted Nipples
This is a very distressing condition for the young girl. We perform correction of inverted nipples through a small incision at the base of the nipple. The nipple is then maintained in traction for several weeks using a suture taped to the breast.

2. Body Contouring

a. Liposuction:
Body contouring by liposuction is one of the most popular cosmetic surgery procedures. It is designed to remove localized deposits of fat and create an improved body contour and shape. Small diameter (2-5mm) cannulas are introduced in the body to suck out fat. The best candidates for liposuction are of relatively normal weight but have pockets of excess fat in particular areas. Following areas can be treated with liposuction:
Face and Neck
back
chest
abdomen and flank
arms
thighs
buttocks
calves and ankles

b. Abdominoplasty ("Tummy Tuck")

With age there is accumulation of fat deposits in the abdominal wall and the abdominal wall becomes lax. The maximum abdominal protuberance is in the lower abdomen. These alterations are especially common after pregnancy, weight gain or loss, and previous surgical incisions.
Abdominoplasty is a surgical procedure that helps flatten and shape the abdomen and waist by removing excess fat and skin and tightening muscles. The procedure results in a youthful abdomen, enhancement of the waistline, and improved uniformity in the contour of the lateral view. With a balanced diet and regular exercise, results are long lasting. People who intend to lose a lot of weight and women who plan future pregnancies should postpone having a tummy tuck.

c. Mini-Abdominoplasty
Also known as a “Mini-Tummy Tuck”, it is reserved for those who have only a limited amount of loose skin or stretch marks in the lower abdomen or above the pubic bone. An incision which spans only the width of the pubic area (similar to a C-section incision) is made.

d. Arm Lift (Brachioplasty) & Thigh Lift (Thighplasty)
Skin on the upper arms and upper inner thighs can become excessive, loose and flabby from the effects of aging or after massive weight loss. Extra skin and fat is removed from the upper arm and inner thigh. Incision for brachioplasty is placed along the inner side of the upper arm. Incisions for an inner thigh lift are placed in the groins or along the inner side of the thighs. An inner thigh lift is more commonly performed that an outer thigh lift.

e. Pectoral augmentation

Commonly referred to as "pec" implants, it is a surgical procedure designed to add fullness, size, and shape to the male chest. A soft, high-grade, solid silicone implant is inserted into a space created under the pectoral muscles. Generally, scars are easily hidden in the armpit area within the hair-bearing skin.

f. Buttock Augmentation
Commonly referred to as “butt implants”, it involves the surgical insertion of artificial implants into the buttocks in order to enhance their size and shape. The incision is usually made in the buttock crease where scars are not noticeable. The implants are placed either under the gluteus maximus muscle, or on top of the buttocks.

g. Calf Augmentation
In this procedure calf implants of a variety of shapes, sizes, and contours, are inserted over the existing calf muscles - Gastrocnemius and Soleus Muscles - to achieve fuller and shapelier calves. Women get calf augmentation to get curvaceous and sexy legs. Men get it in order to make them look as if they have worked out.

3. Facial Rejuvenation

a. Botox®:
It is used to reduce or eliminate the appearance of facial wrinkles. BOTOX injections block nerve impulses, weakening muscles to relax wrinkles and give the face a rejuvenated look. It is injected under the skin into areas surrounding the eyes, forehead and mouth to smooth crow's feet, frown and worry lines, and lines on the neck. BOTOX® may also be useful for migraine headaches, excessive sweating, and eye and neck muscle spasms.

b. Face Lift(Rhitidectomy)
The actual word, rhytidectomy, which is the formal term for a facelift, comes from the Greek words "to remove wrinkles". A face lift pulls the skin of the face up and back and the excess of the skin is removed. Similarly, a neck lift pulls the skin of the neck up and back, and the excess of the skin is removed. It is important to realize though that a facelift (or rhytidectomy) can't stop the aging process, but when used by itself or with other procedures (such as a forehead lift, eyelid surgery, or nose reshaping) your face can be made to look more healthy, vibrant and youthful. You can simulate the effect of the face and neck lift yourself in front of the mirror. Simply, pull your face and neck skin up and back and notice the immediate improvement. We usually place the incisions where they can be hidden by your hair and behind your ears.

c. Eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty)
With age, the skin of the upper eyelids stretches and droops over the upper eyelid. The lower eyelid skin also stretches and the fat behind the skin bulges producing bags under your eyes .Blepharoplasty includes removal of excess skin and fat to correct puffy, sagging or tired looking eyes. In select patients, excess fat from the lower eyelid may be transposed downward to correct the undesirable hollow region below. In patients where skin excess is not there, transconjunctival blepharoplasty is performed, where the incisions on the lower lid are done entirely inside the eyelid.

d. Nose Reshaping (Rhinoplasty)
Nose reshaping surgery (rhinoplasty) can help enhance the appropriate balance between the nose and facial features. For each face it takes a different nose to create an appropriate harmony and balance. It offers many variations in nose shape: increase or decrease in size of the nose, change in shape of the tip or bridge, narrowing of the nostrils or change in the angle between the nose and upper lip. For most rhinoplasty patients, we place incisions inside the nose. In some patients a small incision may need to be placed at the base of the nose.

e. Lip Augmentation/Enhancement
One of the most sexy and youthful features of the face are the lips. As we age our lips lose their fullness and volume. It can be done by injecting collagen or by fat which is taken from your own body. Luscious, plump, and full lips are signs of youth, health, and fertility.

4. Hair Transplantation

Hair Transplant (Follicular Unit Transfer)
Hair disorders are not life threatening, but have profound psychological impact on a person. In the overwhelming majority of males with hair loss, the cause is hereditary androgenetic alopecia, more commonly known as “male pattern baldness.” Hair restoration surgery (FUT) offers a permanent, living solution to lost scalp hair. It provides own natural, growing hair, which needs no more care than the ordinary washing, styling, and trimming.
Hair transplantation involves removing permanent hair-bearing skin from the back and/or sides of the scalp (donor area). Then, using magnification, the tissue is dissected into follicular unit grafts (containing 1–4 hairs) and multi-follicular unit grafts (containing 3–6 hairs each). These small grafts are then meticulously planted into the bald or thinning area of the scalp (recipient area). The grafted hairs will often start to grow by 10–16 weeks after the procedure and will continue to grow for most, if not all, of one’s life. The main reason for widespread acceptance of FUT is in ensuring a totally natural result.

5. Genital Rejuvenation

a. Labiaplasty
Labiaplasty reduces the size and reshapes the inner lips of the outside of the vagina: Labia Minora, or the outer lips: Labia Majora. Many women develop stretching and elongation of the labia minora as a result of childbirth or with aging. Some women develop very full and large Labia Majora (outer lips) as a result of weight gain.

b. Penile Lengthening
Approximately one-third to one-half of the penis is inside the body, and is internally attached to the undersurface of the pubic bone. Penis lengthening involves the release of the fundiform ligament and the suspensory ligament that attaches the 2 erectile bodies to the pubic bone. Most men who have undergone this surgery feel today quite satisfied and more suitable for leading a happy and fulfilling sexual life.

6. Reconstructive

a. Scar Revision
Scars follow after any kind of trauma to the skin-be it accidents or surgery. Many variables can affect the severity of scarring, including the site, size and depth of the wound, the blood supply to the area, the color of your skin, and the direction of the scar. While no scar can be removed completely, the appearance can be improved, thus making them less obvious.

b. Cleft Lip and Palate
It is a type of congenital deformity of the lip and palate where the various parts fail to fuse. This type of deformity is sometimes referred to as a cleft. Cleft lip is usually treated at the age of 3 months. Cleft palate is treated at the age of 1 year. Other congenital anomalies must be ruled out before undertaking the procedure.

c. Defects of the ear
The ear may be congenitally absent, rudimentary or cup shaped. If it is absent, the new ear is preferably constructed at the age of 6 years. It is made from the costal cartilage (cartilage of the ribs). The final appearance requires 3-4 operations.

d. Post burn Deformities
There can be contracture formation after burns. These may restrict movement in addition to looking ugly. The contractures are surgically released and grafting of the raw areas is done
